IFS is a form of psychotherapy & spiritual life path based on the concept that the mind is naturally multiple, made up of various parts. Each part has its own perspective, interests, memories, and viewpoint. IFS focuses on healing by recognizing and respecting these diverse inner parts.

What is "somatic IFS"?

Somatic IFS explores the embodiment of the internal family with the goal of restoring the client's Self to leadership and allowing parts that express through the body to come into relationship and alignment with the client's Self.
