When a school creates a culture of collaborative leadership, they develop a culture that facilitates high student achievement and spurs professional growth among staff. The building blocks of shared leadership are often established among existing staff, but when new leadership opportunities and staff changes arise and disrupt key teams, leaders are left with the dilemma of what to do next.
