If These Walls Could Talk
Overview
If These Walls Could Talk follows Anthony Green, a 17-year-old struggling to find his identity after the death of his father, a decorated soldier. His sister, Victoria Green, works tirelessly to fill the void of absent parents, but her exhaustion and fear manifest as harshness, pushing Anthony toward rebellion and resentment. When his school counselor, Mr. Young, a reformed street hustler turned pastor, invites him to a youth group, Anthony is forced to confront the walls that confine him—both physical and emotional. Blending gospel, hip-hop, and theatrical storytelling, this play explores grief, grace, and generational healing through rhythm, testimony, and truth.
