Workshop Description & Presenters
This workshop provides information on the background, approach, and method of analysis used to establish the Business Case for Diversity and Inclusion (D & I) at a specific client site. The consultant’s goals were to help the organization build a business case for D & I in a way that created a compelling case for change and prepared the organization for a D& I strategic planning process. Among the highlights, presenters will discuss key differentiators that led to alignment around the D & I business case, including the use of the GDIB during the assessment & benchmarking phases of the process.
