Identifying and Developing Measurable Outcomes

How will you know that your project will have been a success? What do you need to consider in your project application in order to be able to say it delivered something brilliant for heritage and for your audiences?

This session will be led by our Evaluation Consultant, Caroline Barnes, who will share practical tips, activities and ideas on measuring successful projects.
