In 2008, Van Leeuwen began as a yellow scoop truck on the streets of NYC. In the 17 years since, the brand has become a household name with scoop shops and distribution nationwide. Come taste their success at Van Leeuwen's newest location and flavor lab in Greenpoint.
Serge Drouin of AtelierTek will be on hand to walk us through some of the project's design challenges, with particular focus on the folding glass partition that separates the retail store from the flavor development lab, while allowing visitors to see into the "world beyond the churn."
