We’ve included all the details about the event, vouchers, Santa visits, and important guidelines to make sure everyone has a safe, fun, and smooth experience.

We’re excited to host our annual Santa visits… with a sweet twist this year! Join us for Ice Cream with Santa, our treat to the community. Each child will receive a voucher to use as a gift card toward their ice cream. Any additional items or upgrades can be purchased separately.

Visit Santa & Take Photos:
Santa will be on-site to meet with children and take photos. To make sure everyone gets a chance, each visit will be limited to 5 minutes per family. Please be mindful of other families waiting and kind to the volunteers helping with the event.

Surprise Activity:
We’ll also have a fun surprise activity for the kids — because who doesn’t love a little mystery?

Important Details & Fine Print:

• This is a FREE event for our community sponsored by Realtors Jessica Altro and Raeann Cost.
• Hosted at Doms Creamery, Avon, CT.
• Please register each child and Send over first name and ages to jessica.altro@cbrealty.com.
• If you arrive late for your scheduled time, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your time slot.
• Please be courteous to volunteers and fellow families so everyone can enjoy the day.
• By attending, you agree that photos taken at the event may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers.
• Ice Cream Vouchers are valid only during the event and cannot be redeemed later.
• Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
• We’ll do our best to stick to scheduled times, but slight delays may occur.
• Each child receives one voucher; vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be combined or redeemed for cash.
