Tasting is limited to just 14 guests. Our local featured Ice Cream is from Mitchell's, they handcraft their ice creams one small batch at a time, only using local dairy and fresh seasonal ingredients.

- Mitchell's Coffee Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream paired with Glenmorangie Signet
- Mitchell's Wildberry Crumble Ice Cream paired with Noah's Mill Bourbon

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We'd prefer you Uber, but we have complimentary parking in our lot, and metered parking on the street.

Why can’t I use a Quintana’s Gift Card for my Eventbrite Class/Workshop/Event?
Unfortunately, Quintana’s Speakeasy Gift Cards can only be used on premise for food+ drink. Quintana’s Barber & Dream Spa Gift Cards can only be used on Aveda retail, spa and/or barbershop services. Thank you in advance for understanding.
What's the new refund policy? Please read to avoid confusion and frustration.
We understand something else may come up. Ex.) Your in-laws surprised you with a visit, your Boss is making you work late, baby's got the flu, and Cousin Vinny past away... Refunds are available 14 days prior to the event.
We are a small business, we prepare for the class- batch out cocktails days ahead, we staff our event. We do appreciate your patronage. We guarantee this will definitely be a better time, with us sipping on Whiskey...We apologize in advance tickets can not be transferred to another upcoming event. The Eventbrite ticket(s) are non-transferable from one event to another event using the Eventbrite system. Thank you in advance for understanding.
