If you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy or you are pregnant, you may attend Ice Bash, but you may not plunge in the ice.

You will need to get into and out of a low pool on the ground. Please consider these mobility requirements before purchasing your event ticket.

You are not required to plunge in the ice or to stay in the ice for 90 seconds.
