ICAgile Agile Foundations(ICP)

Having a value-driven, collaborative mindset is critical in today’s dynamic business environment. This interactive course, accredited by ICAgile, covers concepts such as value-driven development, adaptive planning, leveraging self-organized teams, the importance of feedback and continuous improvement. These lessons provide firsthand experience to understand how this mindset can maximize product value for your organization. Whether you are on an Agile journey or just looking to get the most from your product investment, this course gives you the tools and ideas that bring that value to your organization.

The course consists of a series of sessions totaling 20 hours of immersive learning. Each session includes multiple case studies that relate to Agile with a balance of theory and practice. Professionals are grounded in what it means to "be agile while doing agile" and achieve organizational agility without specific focus on any single agile methodology or framework (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, XP, DSDM, SAFe, etc.).

Schedule: 2.5 hours on Monday - Thursday over 2 weeks
This allows larners to meet in small sessions which is more effective for long-term understanding, retention, and practical application. Professionals or students can integrate the course into their schedules without disrupting work or personal responsibilities.
