A regular, online support group for those living with PMDD and or PME hosted by IAPMD (International Association for Premenstrual Disorders). Sometimes nothing beats talking face to face to others who understand - that’s why we have video support groups so you can easily connect with others in a safe, moderated environment.
This group is run by Anna and Karissa:
Anna and Karissa provide a monthly support group for those who have already undergone or are seriously considering surgical menopause due to severe PMDD symptoms.
Spaces are limited so please only book a space if you are able to attend. Please cancel your spot if plans change and you can no longer make it.
