A monthly, online support group for those living with PMDD/PME hosted by IAPMD (International Association for Premenstrual Disorders). Sometimes nothing beats talking face to face to others who understand - that’s why we have video support groups so you can easily connect with others in a safe, moderated environment.
This group is held every other Wednesday of each month at 4pm EST .
This group is for those living with PMDD/PME who are 40 and older.

Spaces are limited so please only book a space if you are able to attend. Please cancel your spot if plans change and you can no longer make it.*

The sessions are led by trained IAPMD peer support facilitators who have lived experience of PMDD/PME and want to help make the path easier for others. Join us for a friendly welcome!

*To Cancel a Registration
Click on the Registration Confirmation sent to your email.
Click on 'Modify Registration' at the top of the email or 'View and Manage Your Order' at the bottom of the email.
You will be prompted to sign into Eventbrite.
After signing in click on 'Cancel Order' on the left-hand side of the page.
You will be prompted 'Are you sure you want to cancel this order?'
Select 'Yes, cancel this order'
You will receive a confirmation email stating that your order was successfully canceled through Eventbrite.
