A regular, online support group for those living with PMDD and or PME hosted by IAPMD (International Association for Premenstrual Disorders). Sometimes nothing beats talking face to face to others who understand - that’s why we have video support groups so you can easily connect with others in a safe, moderated environment.
Deepa provides a support group for parents living with PMDD/PME. This group is for those diagnosed with or experiencing PMDD/PME. This group is NOT for parents of children with PMDD/PME.
Spaces are limited so please only book a space if you are able to attend. Please cancel your spot if plans change and you can no longer make it.

The sessions are led by trained IAPMD peer support facilitators who have lived experience of PMDD/PME and want to help make the path easier for others. Join us for a friendly welcome!
