I2SL National Conference Insights + Special Presentation
Overview
Join Us!
Join the I2SL Arizona Chapter on December 4th from 4–6 PM for an evening of insights, innovation, and connection, hosted by Holder Construction.
This event features a recap of key takeaways from the 2025 I2SL National Conference, a presentation by Jeremy Barrette (Affiliated Engineers, Inc.) on “Designing Research Environments for a Quantum Future”, and a look ahead at the 2026 I2SL National Conference. Jeremy will highlight the University of Arizona’s Grand Challenges Research Building as a case study in designing flexible, highly specialized quantum research environments that promote collaboration while meeting stringent technical requirements. He will also share how sustainable, all-electric, LEED Gold strategies support the university’s path to net-zero carbon by 2040.
Attendees will have the opportunity to network with peers, explore emerging trends in high-performance research facility design, and engage in discussions shaping the future of our industry.
