About this event

Family & Education • Education

This event is for parents who have a teen or young adult who struggles with motivation due to neurodivergence (ASD). It may also be applicable for other forms of neurodivergence (ADHD, etc) as well as neurobiological differences such as OCD.

“I read the book so you don’t have to.”
I’ll bring the summary; you bring the discussion.

If you’re pulling your hair out trying to figure out how to motivate your teen or young adult without increasing stress or conflict, join us.

You’ll walk away with:

  • An understanding of the author’s view of what drives motivation
  • A brief overview of “7 Easy Ways” to motivate your young adult
  • Tips for motivating your connection without losing connection
  • Strategies to move you past frustration

Spoiler alert: “Motivating” does not necessarily mean getting the results you want. Every situation is different. But it may mean YOU feel differently as you interact.

What's Included:

  • LIVE session (no recording)
  • Time for Parent Q & A
  • Summary Handout
