This group is exclusively for LGBTQ+ identifying individuals. While we appreciate allies, this space is reserved for queer and trans folks to heal, connect, and support one another.

Each session may include a combination of: • Guided movement practices • Breathwork or mindfulness exercises • Group discussions and reflections • Opportunities to share (if you feel comfortable) You are always welcome to participate at your own level of comfort.

5. Is this a therapy group?

No, this is a support group, not therapy. While the facilitator is a licensed mental health professional, this group is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace individual or group therapy.

12. What if I don’t feel comfortable sharing?

There is no pressure to share. You are welcome to listen and participate in whatever way feels right for you.

16. Who facilitates the group?

The group is facilitated by a licensed mental health professional with experience in movement-based healing and LGBTQ+ community support.
