Hyrox Practice Race
With the Chicago and Dallas races just around the corner, we want to give members and SWFL area athletes and Hyrox enthusiasts the opportunity to move through the entire event in a more relaxed setting.
This event will kick off at 7am. Heats will run every 15 minutes. The first 4 heats will each have 4 places for individual Hyrox competitors.
Doubles heats will begin at 8am and each heat will have 4 team slots (both teammates must sign up separately). The final heat will be released at 9:45am.

The format of the event is included in the image above. All participants will start on the ski erg and move through the stations in this order.
All functional workout stations are completed in a shared format and the runs are completed together. Working weights for each station will be scaled to Hyrox Open standards.
