Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and an open heart. We’ll provide everything else; journals, eye masks, and sensory tools for integration.

Is this suitable for someone who’s never meditated or danced before?

Absolutely. This experience is for everyone. You’ll be gently guided every step of the way, no prior experience is needed.

Will I be photographed or recorded during the event?

No. This is a private, sacred experience. No photos or videos will be taken unless express permission is given.

What if I don’t feel anything during the Hypnosum Journey?

That’s perfectly okay. Every body and nervous system responds differently. Trust the process, sometimes the shift happens after.

Will food or drinks be provided?

Light refreshments will be offered after the session. We recommend eating a nourishing breakfast before arrival.

Is the experience physically demanding?

Not at all. The movements are gentle and completely optional. You are always encouraged to listen to your own pace and comfort.

Can I come alone or should I bring someone?

Many participants come solo, this is a safe, welcoming space. But you’re also welcome to bring a friend or loved one (each person needs their own ticket).

What happens after the event?

After the session, you’ll have time for grounding, sharing, and light nourishment. You’ll also leave with keepsakes to support continued integration.

Is there a refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you can no longer attend, you may gift or transfer your ticket to someone else (18+).
