Parents, give your young athlete the extra edge before the next season kicks off. In one action-packed morning they’ll:

  • Explode off the line: Proven sprint-mechanic drills to improve their 40-yard dash.
  • Cut like the pros: Ladder, cone, and band work that builds lightning-fast change-of-direction for football, soccer, basketball, baseball; any field or court.
  • Boost total-body power: Plyometrics and core circuits designed by our certified strength & conditioning coaches.
  • Compete & have fun: Timed challenges and mini-races keep the energy high while teaching sportsmanship.

Why parents love our camps:

  • Safety first – age-appropriate progressions, constant supervision, and proper warm-ups/cool-downs.
  • Expert coaching – the same team that preps local high-school standouts and college recruits.
  • All skill levels welcome – rookies to varsity starters improve at their own pace.
  • 100 % free – just bring water, cleats/running shoes, and a can-do attitude.

What ages can attend?

The camp is open to boys and girls ages 7 – 18. We divide athletes into age-appropriate groups (7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18) so every child trains with peers at a similar developmental stage.

It’s completely free. Thanks to community partners and Hyper Strength & Conditioning, there are no registration or hidden fees.

What sports is the camp best for?

The speed and agility curriculum benefits football, flag football, soccer, baseball, basketball, lacrosse, track; any sport that demands quickness, burst, and change-of-direction.
