Description
Join us for a donation-based movement class in the Greenville Town Common. (CROSSFIT GREENVILLE IS OUR RAIN LOCATION)
The first half of class will be the "Hustle" portion taught by Matt Hines, owner of CrossFit Greenville. This will include a warm-up and body weight movements that can be tailored to any skill level.
The last half of class will be the "Flow" portion taught by Samantha Harrison, YogiVibes Studio Manager. This will include basic yoga poses, stretches and a cool-down.
This class is open to all levels and is also family friendly.
All you need is a mat or beach towel! Invite a friend to get signed up and join you!
