Hustl by Will is a 60-minute, full-body strength class at Sweat DC’s West End location (1108 24th St NW).

This high-energy session is built around six key movement patterns: squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and core. It’s designed to build real, functional strength that carries over into everyday life.

We’re not chasing burnout or sweating just to sweat. We’re training smart, moving with intention, and building a strong foundation from the ground up.

Do I need to be “in shape” to take this class?

Not at all. Hustl by Will is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're new to strength training or experienced, you'll be coached through smart, effective movement at your own pace.

What should I bring to class?

Just bring water, comfortable workout clothes, and training shoes with good support. We’ll provide all the equipment you need.

How intense is the workout?

It’s challenging but intentional. This class is about moving well and getting strong, not just exhausting yourself. You’ll sweat, but it’s smart sweat.

Do I need to sign up in advance?

Yes, we recommend signing up ahead of time to secure your spot. Space is limited and classes often fill up.

What if I have an injury or mobility limitation?

Let us know before class and we’ll modify movements as needed. We prioritize quality movement and safety for every body.

Is this a cardio class or strength class?

This is a strength-based class focused on functional, full-body training. You’ll elevate your heart rate, but our goal is building lasting strength.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely. Hustling is always better with a friend. Just make sure they register in advance to reserve their spot.

How early should I arrive?

Arrive 10 minutes early to check in, get settled, and ask any questions before we start moving.
