HUMAN RIGHTS CONFERENCE (Free Event, In Person)
By Greater Rochester Community of Churches
Overview
Meet people who want local human rights assured, protected, & enhanced. Come listen and confer as together we nurture the Beloved Community.
Purpose
"To deny people their human rights is to challenge their very humanity." (Nelson Mandela) In your love of humanity, your hope is reflected in all you do, all you say, and all you create to overcome human rights violations. You are needed to confer with others who care as much as you and want to act in concert with you for the common good. How better can we right the wrongs that stress our community? Come to the conference ready to talk about your vision of human rights.
