Human First, AI Next: Collaborate, Create, Decide | Beta Training

OVERVIEW

Human First, AI Next: Collaborate, Create, Decide is a 90-minute virtual training designed to help professionals unlock the power of Large Language Models (LLM) of artificial intelligence as a collaborative partner in everyday work and even personal life. This session introduces practical strategies for integrating AI into communication, creativity, and decision-making processes. Participants will explore how to think, and iterate their thoughts with AI—enhancing clarity, productivity, and innovation—while maintaining human judgment and intent at the core.

To fully participate in this session, you will need access to a Large Language Model (LLM) such as OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot, in addition to Zoom. Please check with your organization’s IT department in advance to ensure your use of these tools aligns with internal policies and security protocols. This is essential to ensure a smooth experience during the session.

KEY OUTCOMES:

• Write and edit professional emails with AI (LLM) assistance

• Design effective prompts to guide AI (LLM) responses

• Generate creative and strategic ideas

• Solve optimization problems using AI (LLM) tools

• Tackle open-ended or ambiguous challenges

• Make informed decisions with AI-supported analysis

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

1. Develop awareness on the way humans generate ideas, solve problems, and make decisions
2. Understand the principles of effective human-AI (LLM) collaboration across communication and problem-solving tasks.
3. By means of a solution-oriented mindset, design clear and purposeful prompts to guide AI toward useful and relevant outputs.

BEHAVIORAL OUTCOMES:

1. Participants will judge the quality of an LLM-generated response based on their own personal style, experience, knowledge and research skills.
2. Participants will demonstrate the ability to frame problems and design prompts that elicit valuable AI-generated insights.
3. Participants will integrate AI (LLM) into their workflow to enhance decision-making and problem-solving efficiency.
