What should I wear?

Whatever helps you be present and comfortable. Business casual is perfectly fine, but this is a human-centered space — not a fashion show.

Will there be breaks during the workshop?

Yes. We build in moments to step out, breathe, reset, or grab some water. I want you focused, not overwhelmed.

What should I bring with me?

A notebook or journal, something to write with, and an openness to think a little differently about how you lead. If you like to bring your own water or coffee, please do.

Is there a networking or connection time afterward?

Yes — from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM, the room will stay open for anyone who wants to connect, ask questions, or talk through insights from the session. Completely optional. No pressure.

What if something comes up and I can’t attend?

Life happens. If you need to cancel, please let us know. You can transfer your ticket to someone else or receive credit for a future Paulk Leadership Group workshop.

We focus on the human side of leadership — clarity, presence, confidence, communication, and how to lead without burning yourself out. This isn’t theory for theory’s sake. These are practical tools grounded in real-world situations and delivered in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

I’m an introvert. Will I be put on the spot?

No. This workshop honors both reflect-first and speak-first thinkers. You’ll never be asked to answer before you’re ready. The environment is designed to work with your style, not against it.

How many people will be in the room?

We capped attendance at 15 participants. That gives us space to think, talk, and connect without feeling rushed or crowded.

Is there a discount for military, veterans, or students?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer a reduced rate as a small way of honoring your service and supporting your journey. You can receive the code by emailing compass@christopherpaulk.com. Codes will be given to emails from a .edu domain, .mil domain. Vets, just email your branch and what years you served. Honor system.

Will this workshop be offered again?

Yes. Phoenix is one of the first cities in our 2026 regional series. Additional sessions will be announced throughout the year, both in Phoenix and other cities.

What happens if attendance is low? Will the event still run?

Accepted Answer

Our workshops work beautifully in small groups. In the rare case that enrollment doesn’t support the full interactive experience, we may reschedule — and anyone registered will get priority access and credit toward the new date. The goal is always to deliver a high-quality, meaningful session.
