Guest Chef Fred Eliot of Scales joins us on April 4th for a celebration of French food and wine. Eliot brings his mastery of French cuisine and his knock-out pâté en croute to Hugo's, teaming up with our chefs to create a six-course menu mixing French classics with Hugo’s spin on traditional dishes.

Each course will be paired with a classic vintage varietal French wine, completing an experience that is sure to be a Francophile (and food lover’s) dream.

$135 per person includes 6 courses with wine pairings, tax and gratuity.
