About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Transportation continues to be a significant barrier to self-sufficiency in our community. Without reliable transportation, many of our neighbors face challenges in maintaining employment, accessing essential services, attending medical appointments, and meeting daily needs.

Local leaders in the nonprofit and human services sectors have come together to assess existing transportation resources and explore future strategies to improve access. But one vital voice has been missing from the conversation — the business community.

On August 21, Cathy and Nick will join our HR Lunch and Learn to share insights on current transportation initiatives and explore how transportation challenges affect local employers. They'll also gather input on:

  • How transportation gaps impact your workforce
  • Existing and new transit solutions that could benefit your organization
  • Opportunities for businesses to partner on long-term, sustainable solutions

Your perspective will be valuable as solutions are developed. Please join us to learn, share, and help shape plans that support both employees and employers in our community.

LUNCH will be provided!
