On June 19th, we’re gathering under the twinkly lights at HQ for a night of delicious connection, intentional joy, and summer magic.


🍽️ A curated three-course meal that honors the season of abundance

🍹 Sips of summer elixirs (spritzer + mocktails) that taste like sunshine

💫 And a table full of soul-nourishing conversation with your fellow Inner Circle movers, shakers, and light-bringers

🕯️An experience ofdeepening your connection to the season included


The food, drink, and vibe will be lovingly curated by two of our very own Inner Circle members—Heidi and Paige—so you know it’s going to be something special! This isn’t just dinner—it’s a ritual feast.


FEAST:

Summer Inspired Grazing Board - fresh fruits, light cheeses, cured meats, crisp veggies with dips, crunchy breads and crackers, and colorful extras like herbs, olives, & dried fruit for a colorful, seasonal spread

Capri Spritz Mocktail - a refreshing blend of lemongrass simple syrup, pomegranate and cranberry juices, topped with sparkling soda water for a crisp, fruity, and herbaceous sip


FIRST COURSE

Lemon Parmesan Kale Salad - crisp curly kale tossed in a light lemon-garlic dressing with extra virgin olive oil, topped with crunchy croutons, freshly grated Parmesan, and a touch of sea salt and black pepper

Chive and Sour Cream Rolls w/butter


SECOND COURSE

Grilled Citrus Chicken Breasts - marinated in fresh orange and lemon juice with garlic, rosemary, and olive oil, these grilled chicken breasts are served with charred citrus wedges and finished with a sprinkle of parsley for a bright, aromatic touch

Skirt Steak with Chimichurri Sauce - tender grilled skirt steak served with a vibrant chimichurri made from parsley, mint, dill, oregano, coriander, garlic, and lemon, blended with olive oil

Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes - golden roasted fingerling potatoes tossed with olive oil, fresh lemon juice, garlic, and parsley, seasoned with salt and pepper for a savory side

Green Beans Gremolata - tender French green beans tossed with garlic, lemon zest, parsley, and olive oil, finished with Parmesan, toasted pine nuts, and a touch of salt and pepper for a bright, flavorful twist on a classic side

Citrus Salad - a zesty blend of blood oranges, pink grapefruit, and navel orange, balanced with sherry vinegar, honey, and a hint of tarragon, finished with red onion and a splash of lime for an aromatic finish


DESSERT

Lemon Berry Petit Fours - delicate layers of lemon cake filled with raspberry jam, lemon curd, and vanilla buttercream, enrobed in silky white chocolate and garnished with edible flowers, berries, or mint for an elegant bite-sized dessert
