About this event

Holiday • Halloween

Calling all ghosts, ghouls, and creatures of the night! Step inside the gates in Osceola for an enchanting evening of family-friendly Halloween fun with Wild Rivers Conservancy, the National Park Service, and The Acreage at Osceola.

Thursday, October 30th | 5:30 - 7:30 pm | 1015 N Cascade Street, Osceola, WI 54020

The evening kicks off with a not-too-spooky nature hike at 5:45 PM, where Park Rangers will share the secrets of wolves, bats, and other mysterious nocturnal neighbors of the St. Croix Riverway.

After your adventure outdoors, step inside to meet fascinating creatures up close, create a festive craft, and play exciting games—if you dare! Then, gather by the warm glow of the fireplace for storytelling with local authors Gary Noren and Marty Harding, featuring their new book FAM: The Remarkable Story of a Canada Goose Adopted by Sandhill Cranes.

Costumes are encouraged—treats and activities are on us, so bring the whole family for a magical night of Halloween fun!

This free, all-ages event is made possible thanks to our partners, the National Park Service and The Acreage at Osceola. A suggested donation of $10 per family helps support programs like this.
