A space for Black community members to process their thoughts, emotions, and experiences regarding interpersonal and systemic racism.
About this event
Over the past year, many Black people have lost their lives to racial violence by the police. Additionally, as Black people, we experience and are exposed to multiple forms of racism and anti-Blackness that make it difficult to move through the world. How We Get Free: Black Community Racial Trauma Group is a group for Black individuals to share their thoughts, emotions, and experiences regarding interpersonal and systemic racism. This group will provide a space for Black people to learn about the signs and symptoms of racial trauma and to begin the process of healing from racial trauma.
Group begins Tuesday, July 20th. Register here and join via Zoom!
Registration Fee: $50.00 (covers total series price, $10 per group meeting)
