About the teacher:

Amy Bailey (she/her) grew up remolding houses that her family lived in; it was just their way of life. Amy’s dad would have her sanding his wood working projects when she 5 years old. When she was 12, she welded a pole for a basketball hoop and beaded her name on the side. Amy naturally gravitated to the trades as an adult. Over time it was just obvious that she had built enough skill sets to start her own business helping people here in Cincinnati with their houses. With a love for carpentry and an awesome partner to team up with in business (Katie MacDonald) Bailey Home Care was born, now evolved to Bailey Custom Carpentry serving the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Area.

This is a donation-based workshop. Suggested ticket donation is $25. Participants are encouraged to donate as their financial capacity allows. Do It Yourself Darlin is a program of the non-profit CDC Price Hill Will. All of DIYD’s funding comes from donations and grants.
