How To SUCCESSFULLY Work With Recruiters

with: Tom Colosimo

Why is it that people struggle many times when applying for jobs and engaging with recruiters? Why is it that people get so frustrated with recruiters due to not hearing back from them or generally annoying interpersonal communications?

Tom Colosimo, a local career coach/strategist will address these issues and more as he tackles the focus of “How to SUCCESSFULLY work with Recruiters “.

Tom has worked in various corporate operations for over 25 years as an accountant as well as more than 7 years as a recruiter in both staffing agencies and corporate environments. Tom has also been an executive career coach since 2009. He brings the ‘inside scoop’ on why it seems to be difficult to work with recruiters through the hiring process. His knowledge of corporate cultures along with staffing recruiting firms can bring light to the issues that are going on more than is seen from the candidate’s perspective. His skill at being a ‘master connector’ for networking and far-reaching scope of the Twin Cities business scene allow him to be a solid expert on this topic.
