In 30 minutes, Jen Welter, the first woman to coach in the NFL (for the Arizona Cardinals), will provide specifics about how she succeeded through force of will and determination and reveal the wisdom she gained over countless setbacks and challenges. With wit and candor, Welter, who has a Ph.D. in psychology, will share her hard-earned advice for cultivating true perseverance and toughness.
