    Expressing yourself clearly and how to avoid conversations that end in frustration.

    Dealing with difficult or unfamiliar people. Feeling calm and comfortable no matter what people say or their emotions.

    Listening can be its own skill, as can being able to fully understand what others are saying.
  • Start conversations and keeping them going
