About the Speaker:

Dr. Nethra Samarawickrema is a career and executive coach. She helps people align their work with their values, supporting clients in making career transitions, building new businesses, and finding work they love. Her clients learn to write their own scripts to actualize work that expresses who they are. She works with tech professionals, entrepreneurs, academics, writers and artists who want to chart their own path for work. Her executive coaching helps startup founders deepen their self-awareness so that they can navigate uncertainty while fundraising, communicate their needs, embrace difficult conversations, and overcome co-founder conflicts. She has a PhD in anthropology from Stanford University and has trained and taught at the Stanford d.School.
