This class is designed with the beginner in mind! Even if you have never brewed a

pour over coffee, you will still enjoy this class! We strive to take the intimidation out of

getting started by keeping things simple! We will discuss the following:

● Introduction to pour overs

● Difference between pour over, drip coffee and espresso extraction

● Offer insight to what equipment to best invest in for your application

● Brief intro to coffee bean quality and roast profiles

● The Science of brewing: The Variables that matter

● Exploring what specialty coffee is and what it tastes like

● Hands on experience: The step by step process of understanding what

happens when you brew, what you taste and learning what to adjust

● Learning what a good cup tastes like and what it means to you
