Mary Anjou Martinez is the CEO & Founder of Beam Investment Group, a private real estate investment firm located in Houston, and specializing in the fast-growing Texas market.

She started investing in residential real estate in 2009, and eventually transitioned to commercial real estate, and has passively invested in 2,800 multifamily units. She is a General Partner in 1,600 units in Texas (8 large apartment communities) and in 3 locations Express Car Washes in Houston with $200 million of assets under management. As a former accountant (CMA) and CFO and Controller, she managed global companies and teams with $20 million to $600 million in revenues in logistics, media and healthcare sectors. She graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey and NYU Stern Business School (EMBA) in New York.
