About This Workshop

Healthy relationships begin with the relationship you have with yourself. In this immersive, transformational workshop, we’ll explore how to:

✨ Process big emotions in real time without shutting down or lashing out
✨ Build somatic awareness to strengthen emotional resilience
✨ Practice nonviolent communication to express needs clearly and compassionately
✨ Learn the pause practice—creating space between reaction and response
✨ Set powerful intentions that align with your values and boundaries

This is not just theory—you’ll engage in mind-body experiences, guided exercises, and reflective practices designed to leave you with tools you can use immediately in your relationships.

What to Expect

  • Gentle guidance through breathwork, journaling, and body-sensing practices
  • Partner and group exercises to strengthen communication and awareness
  • Space to process, share, and be witnessed in a supportive environment
  • Practical tools you can take home to nurture healthier relationships

About Your Facilitator

Hi, I’m Amanda Haynes, Relationship Coach and Emotional Wellness Guide. I support people who feel stuck or uncertain in their relationships to strengthen the most important one of all—the relationship with themselves. From that foundation, we create healthier patterns of connection, clarity, and peace in every area of life. My work integrates somatic(body) awareness, emotional regulation, and compassionate communication.

I believe every relationship begins with self-partnership. When we shift within, we shift the way we show up everywhere else.
