How do you tell someone you didn’t agree with what they said in that last staff meeting? Or that you didn’t think their joke was funny? Or that you prefer they communicate with you differently?
Feedback can be more specific and bring more opportunities to learn from one another. At the end of the day, feedback is one person’s opinion. It’s up to you to decide if you agree or disagree with the opinion. You don’t have to.
In this mini workshop, we’ll reflect on what poor constructive feedback looks like, strategies on how to do it effectively, and how giving feedback can deepen relationships.
