This four-week workshop is a writer's roadmap to coming up with great ideas, learning the art of pitching, and ultimately getting your work published in the outlet of your dreams. Each week, we'll review a different phase of the publishing process, and by the final course, you should have a fleshed-out pitch to send to a media outlet.

About the instructor: Ashley (Sepanski) Boyer is an award-winning writer, content marketer, and Editor in Chief. Her journalism career spans the editorial spectrum, having worked for newspapers, magazines, digital brands, and beyond. Ashley's bylines can be found in O, The Oprah Magazine and Oprah.com, GQ, SELF, Travel & Leisure, SHAPE, PureWow, Healthline, Greatist, and more. She also holds a Master's in Publishing from New York University and serves as a mentor to young writers through the American Society of Magazine Editors. During off-duty hours, she likes to get outdoors, travel, and relax with her dogs. She's also working on her first book project, a novel.
