Who are you and how are you an expert?

I'm a federally licensed mortgage lender (NMLS 2126086) and the top ADU lender in the State of California. I also work with more than 1,000 architects and general contractors on projects across the State, so I can share my experiences and tips.

Can I get info on my specific project?
