This course is designed to provide you strategic insight and skill sets to implementing the coaching strategy and approach to building the ultimately engaged workplace. The course is designed for training and human resource personnel to successfully understand the stages, techniques, and strategies to gain management cooperation to build a coaching culture.

 During this workshop program, you will learn

  • How to overcome the objection of time by managers
    the real reason managers won’t coach and what to do about it
  • How to have a coach the coach conversation getting management participation without them even knowing it
  • How to use a concept called bridge coaching to gain management participation and execution to deliver coaching
  • How to design coaching initiatives that are easy and simple for managers to follow
  • Why training leaders need to become coaches before they deliver a training program
  • How to deliver a training program that managers will find appealing time ways and applicable



How the Course is Delivered:


  • There will be 8 live/on-demand webcast sessions that specifically train attendees how to design, deliver and support their ideal coaching culture. Each webcast will be recorded and immediately distributed in case a participant cannot attend the live session.
  • There will be eight building blocks which are assignments between the live and on-demand webcast training sessions that prompt attendees to build and design solutions for real-world application. This will include things such as mission statements, design of actual coaching activities, strategic outlines of conversations to be had to gain support, etc.
  •  After each workshop, In addition to building blocks, participants will be asked to complete a skill-based activity such as having a coaching conversation Or conducting in upper management interview to ascertain specific needs were coaching can be successfully applied. These skill-based sessions will help participants gain support internally for a coaching culture and program.The skill building practices are applied in the real world as a result of the education from the webcasts.
  • There are only 12 people per session to allow for high interaction and personal one-on-one support.
