How long will class last?

We know you're busy so we aim to keep class around an hour. But feel free to stick around to chat or ask questions afterwards!

Who is this class for?

Anyone and everyone who is interested in buying a home, whether it's now or someday down the road. We ask that Realtors and Lenders email us at hello@howtobuyahouseclass.com with inquiries rather than signing up for class so we can keep seats open for future buyers!

Question 4

I'm a couple years out from buying, is it worth me attending?

Yes! The sooner you start educating yourself and planning, the better spot you'll be in once it's your time to buy. You may even be closer than you realize! We'll provide you with helpful tools and resources in the meantime.

I can't attend this one, but would like to attend a future class.

All good! You can find a local expert, sign up for an upcoming class, download our app or listen to our podcast at howtobuyahouseclass.com.

Convince me that homeownership > renting in one sentence.

If you're renting you're paying a100% interest rate.

(Don't get us wrong, renting can be a great option for some and a stepping stone for others. But if you're already paying to live somewhere, you might as well pay into your own appreciating asset!)

Whether you're concerned about rates, competition, or the changing market, there will never be a PERFECT time to buy. We want to encourage you to start building wealth early and invest in yourself, rather than your landlord. We're here to help!

If this class is free, what's the catch?

Our classes are free and no obligation! We are here to educate and empower you at no cost. After class if you'd like to work with the Teacher as your Realtor, they'd be happy to help! If not, no worries.
