Anyone and everyone who is interested in buying a home, whether it's now or someday down the road. We ask that Realtors and Lenders email us at hello@howtobuyahouseclass.com with inquiries rather than signing up for class so we can keep seats open for future buyers!

I'm a couple years out from buying, is it worth me attending?

Yes! The sooner you start educating yourself and planning, the better spot you'll be in once it's your time to buy. You may even be closer than you realize! We'll provide you with helpful tools and resources in the meantime.

If you're renting you're paying a100% interest rate.

(Don't get us wrong, renting can be a great option for some and a stepping stone for others. But if you're already paying to live somewhere, you might as well pay into your own appreciating asset!)
