This is a virtual, evidence-based course on nutrition:

Hosted by Allison Tallman, registered dietitian and cofounder of Nourished Routes, LLC. Featuring special guest speaker, Nicole Swickle.

Nicole Swickle is a Sr. Communications Manager at Red Bull Media House, overseeing PR and content amplification for brand-affiliated athletes, artists and events. In her 10+ years with the global beverage company, Nicole’s work has been featured in the New York Times, Good Morning America, Forbes, BET and more.

In January 2021, Nicole took on the additional role as Owner and Editor-In-Chief of Nashville Fit Magazine – Music City’s go-to resource for all things fitness, health and wellness. Her mission for the mag is to amplify user generated content and to share stories that transcend fitness.

When she’s not giving Wiiings or sharing fit tips, Nicole is a Nationally Qualified NPC athlete, adventure seeker and a proud dog mom to her 5-year-old Lab/Shepherd mix, Bailey.
