How to Ask for What You Want with Tim King

How to Ask for What You Want with Tim King

By Michelle Husain of Soulful Sanctuary

Overview

Learn to ask for what you want, say and hear “no” with ease, and heal old patterns through NLP, breathwork, and trauma-release exercises.

What stops you from asking for what you want with confidence? Do you have a hard time saying no? When you hear a "no" from someone else, do you get smaller?

Would you like a better experience with all of that?

This workshop is all about asking for what you want, and getting comfortable saying and hearing "no". During our time together, we will:

  • Identify the memories that make communication and boundaries difficult for you
  • Re-imprint the memories onto the subconscious and nervous system using neuro-linguistic programing (NLP) techniques
  • Practice breathwork
  • Learn trauma-release exercises
  • Discover NLP techniques

Join Tim for an afternoon of healing and rediscovery, at a time of the year when our skills are being put to the test by our relatives and close family members.

About the Facilitator

Tim started his healing journey in 1997 in a meditation class at the Berkeley Psychic Institute. During his eight year tenure at BPI he served as a meditation teacher, staff member, licensed minister, and director. He has extensive training in the treatment of trauma, including Breathwork, Neuro Linguistic Programing, Somatics, Family Constellation Work, Tapping, Trauma Release Exercise, Matrix Energetics, and Hypnotherapy. He's worked in Violence Prevention (in the SF Sheriff’s office), and with Adult Survivors of Childhood Abuse. After almost 30 years of working with thousands of people, he has witnessed what works and doesn't work-- both in his life and those of his clients. In that time he's learned how to help people change their minds & their lives. Tim knows despair, he knows hope, and he’s very excited to continue to share what he has learned.
