How does your environment influence your experience of PCE Therapy?- HYBRID
Overview
A School of Education Event hosted by the Centre for Research in Human Flourishing (CRHF)
Please note that this is a hybrid event, and will take place in-person & online via Microsoft Teams.
The speakers will present their study investigating the effectiveness of person-centred experiential (PCE) therapy among adults from economically diverse backgrounds, focusing on differences in therapeutic outcomes between clients from lower-income and more affluent areas within an urban setting. The research uses a number of outcome measures to explore changes and incorporates choropleth map visualisation. This allows us to explore the life difficulties experienced by clients across different postcodes, along with the changes observed during therapy, as reflected through comparisons on the map.
