About this event
When is a good time to walk away from a negotiation? You are likely to explore many different perspectives prior to walking away from a negotiation. However, you are also likely to understand the zone of potential agreement based on your planning and preliminary conversations with your counterpart.
Attend this session to learn how to identify the zone of potential agreement (ZOPA) based on a case study. Discuss the many opportunities and challenges one can encounter to assess one’s own needs and interests as well as those of our counterparts. Leave this session better equipped for your planning for negotiations.
Please note: no recording will be available with your purchase; we do not record these sessions.
