Overview

A workshop for people who feel the burden of clutter weighing them down.

Have you wanted to clear your clutter for months now but haven’t made any progress?

You’re not alone, many people struggle with this.

What I’ve found in my work is that when people have emotional support and practical guidance they can break through what feels impossible and they make progress decluttering.

I understand that decluttering does not come easily to everyone.

Sometimes challenging life circumstances pile up and now you may find yourself in the overwhelming situation of having a disorganized and cluttered home that feels impossible to remedy. Once the clutter avalanche grows to a certain level it can be very difficult to climb out of it alone.

Clutter’s effect on our lives is not neutral. Clutter causes chronic stress and chronic stress causes and exacerbates chronic health problems. Clutter eats away at our time, energy, inner peace and potential for joy. It turns our home from an oasis into one of our primary sources of stress and overwhelm.

Decluttering can be a healing and transformative process when approached with gentleness and compassion.

Feedback from participants of this workshop…

“I appreciated the practical suggestions and the inspiration that it provided to start clearing up papers on my desk IMMEDIATELY! The simple fact of your holding a clear space and for me to be in that space is a huge and powerful gift for someone who is drowning in clutter! Like a life-raft to a drowning person.” SEC

“This is a practical, solid introduction for anyone who wants to know more about how clutter impacts your life and how you can get started immediately on decluttering. I had previously started decluttering and got a bit derailed by life; after this course, I was able to do some decluttering for 15 minutes, which felt like a huge win after not being able to for several months. Megan's presentations always leave me with new insights, and she prioritizes treating her attendees with respect, no matter where they are in their lives and no matter how cluttered their spaces are. I highly recommend carving out an hour of your time for this course!” Sarah Mehta

“Megan has created a safe and encouraging place to begin decluttering in such a rewarding, manageable and sustainable way. By learning how to avoid common pitfalls and learning ways to pace yourself according to your abilities and energy, you can accommodate whatever phase of life you find yourself decluttering in. The sharing of common experiences with your cohorts really helps solidify the transformative experience.Thank you, Megan!”
