About this event
Power Suit Project is proud to offer a unique opportunity to learn from Diversity, Equity and Inclusion expert Krystal Cobran. In this intimate Q&A setting where questions will be submitted anonymously in advance, PSP members will have the opportunity to discuss their most difficult questions surrounding how and when to speak up in a professional setting.
About Krystle Cobran:
Known for her deep listening, and ability to supply the words we were searching for, Krystle Cobran builds highly customized experiences that help leaders, organizations, and caring human beings learn how to connect across differences. She’s the author of The Brave Educator: Honest Conversations about Navigating Race in the Classroom, and host of The Space Between Us Podcast. Krystle has taught in university classrooms, designed interactive DEI trainings for non-profits and small businesses committed to building morale + taking action, and served as the first Inclusion Officer of Athens-Clarke County. More than anything, she’s an expert in meeting caring human beings where they are, and providing doable steps to transform cloudy confusion into genuine (and sustainable) action. Her daily subscribers only newsletter, I have no perfection to offer you™, is available now.
We hope you will join us for this intimate Q&A with Krystle and learn how we can learn to have difficult conversations in a professional setting in a tactful and meaningful way through connecting on a person-to-person way centered in listening and empathy.
