This class combines breathwork, Pilates abs, functional yoga in movement, and HIIT/dance. Come ready to move and groove and breathe in your own noise canceling zen zone.

Curious? This class is meant for all bodies, and is accessible to new and advanced practitioners. Pricing is intentionally kept low to encourage trying something new and being part of a movement community!
